Is it okay to be happy about this twist

I derived a sort of validation by seeing Anuj leave Anupama. I am sure that in the serial Anupama will still be made into mahaan aatma and Anuj will be shown as the villain. But I felt happy to see Anupama see some consequences of her behaviour and her choices. She had been given plenty direct and indirect signs by Anuj, Bapuji, Barkha, Kavya and even Maya. But when someone is so convinced of having the moral high ground, who treats her husband as a child to be taken care of instead of a life partner to share problems with honestly, they deserve a wake-up call like this.

Hope I am not alone in thinking like this.
