I always felt Govinda looked older for Karishma.
I liked their films only for David Dhawan comedies. I have never liked them in more serious stuff like Dulaara or Khuddar or Shikari.

True. In fact I only liked Govinda in comic roles. He was too funny and ridiculous in those serious type roles.Originally posted by: atominis

Govinda hams like no tomorrow in serious roles.
He is OTT and hamfest in Swarg, Hatya, Dulaara, Khudgarz, Hum and shouts too much in action scenes or goes into a hysterical fit in crying scenes.
Comedy and dance are his only forte and saved him, made him memorable.
Otherwise he is a highly limited and overrated actor and I am shocked why he is called a legend or made it to BBC's greatest stars on stage or screen list along with AB sr in 2000. He was in top 10. I think he did not deserve it at all.
Yeah. I can understand why he is considered an icon because he was too good in those comedy films we all watched growing up, and dare I say no one danced like him, all these dancers like Hrithik, Shahid etc are trained dancers. Their moves are more professional and well choreographed, Govinda put life in his dance steps, the way he moved and grooved to the tunes, it was impossible to steer your eyes away from him, he enjoyed every moment of it ❤️ But yeah his forte was limited to those David Dhawan movies only. Same for Juhi Chawla, she was great in light hearted roles, had great comic timing but even she never looked quite fit for those serious type ones.Originally posted by: atominis

Yahich post karne idhar ayela tha. You're literally like me Siamese twin when it comes to taste in movies 🤩
Govinda is not as good dancer as Prabhudeva, Hrithik or Chiranjeevi.
He is loved purely because he dances with abandon. Pure joy.
He enjoys every bit of it and his energy rubs off viewers.
It is infectious.
Also he danced at time when heroes hardly moved.
So he is admired for dance.
He is great in comedy but a very average actor otherwise.
Not an all rounder.

You should watch T-Series music video, especially with Divya Kumar Khosla or Nora Fatehi
Bad songs and bad storylines
I haven't seen a film announcement from her in a long time. Is she officially done?

I hardly watch Bollywood movies anymore, it seems that the quality of movies are not the same as they were in the 90's, 00's, or even 15 years...
