No I am not asking about behavioral science...I am asking about the actual scientific reason that anupama should have stopped or could have stopped CA from going with her biological mother ?

Even if she did, could she have stopped CA from going? If Maya is in fact her biological mother, it didn't matter if CA continued to believe that or not. Technically CA has nothing to do with Anuj Anupama anymore once the biological mother is in the picture

It's baseless to blame Anupama for CA's depature

Maaya the biological mother walks into their lives, Anupama without verifying if she actually is the biological mother lets her stay with the family and even gives the biological mother a chance to win her biological child…Anuj should have stopped Anupama right there but he was stupid to trust Anupama or Maaya. Then when the kid confided in Anupama that she wishes to stay with her non-bio parents and not her biological mother only becauae she doesnt want to be the cause of their fights, Anupama let the kid believe that which makes her ‘responsible’ for the kid leaving. Phew! thats a lot of biology to talk of on a Monday morning!
