I think Anupama is similar to all the bored and frustrated housewives, a target to let their frustration out. They must be encouraging Baa on TV, - "Do chaar aur gaali do, mai to kahti hu ek rapta lagao usko"

Ab lagta hai Anupama ne Anuj se shaadi karke bechari ki life barbaad kar di isse to acha dono business partners ya friends hi rehte atleast Anuj ki apni pehchan to hoti.

Maa really has a dilemma here

She either stays quiet and lets CA go. This ensures her bank account pathi is all hers & there for when she needs to bail her useless shit kids/ex out

Or

She can devise a plan, knowing what she knows, and get CA back. Then after she has been blamed by Anuj for the upteenth time, she will reveal the plan , produce a safe and sound CA & keep her MahaMaa status. Anuj will become her puppy again, begging for forgeiveness and give his leash back in her hand. MahaMaa will be mahaan again but downside is her bank account pathi will now be shared
