I love how there are alternate timelines for every character in Anupamaa-verse. The old hags Dukhmukh Jhuli refuse to grow old. Maybe Pari will still be an infant 5 years later

Pari only grows as per convenience, I wonder what Maa mixed in that honey which gave her such powers

Maybe Immortality nectar. MAA could have requested Kanhaji to give her Amrit for precious pari and he obliged.

You need to have 2 years of stable marriage to even register for adoption. You won't be eligible to take a kid and foster for adoption unless in a stable marriage for 2 years. So legally they couldn't have CA with them now.

For fostering 2yrs of marriage is not a criteria. Anuj anupama haven't applied for adoption yet.

For fostering govt pays foster parents. Foster parents have first right to adopt the child with no claimants .

Makers must have researched in these things that's why they introduced fostering instead of adoption. Otherwise in daily soap who cares about what law says Or they could have shown time lapse of 2yrs. Fostering vs adoption gave track for more drama n twists.

Saying as someone who works in the legal field, model guidelines are in consonance with the rules. Moreover, the link you have attached is regarding foster care whereas there exists a difference between that and the pre adoption foster care which is a requirement for adoption. Foster care in general does not lead to adoption.

Here Anujpama intend to adopt CA eventually and hence the Guidelines Governing Adoption of Children, 2015 is applicable. Which states that prospective adoptive parents have to complete 2 years of stable marriage.

Makers have not done any in-depth research which is evident from how the track keeps changing and new twists are/will be introduced to show wrongs of Maaya.

Keeping aside all this, what you have said in bold is the ultimate truth. 😆

Hey guys

Hope everyone's doing great, I enjoy visiting thos forum and love to read the posts.

Ok legally MAAN can't adopt choti anu as there is this collective average age of both parents that should be something like 80.

So MAAN would easily be both fifty.. So as per law I think they can't adopt.

Please do correct me if I'm wrong 🙂👍

First, Welcome. There are lots of reasons MaAn should never be given an adopted child to raise. Age is not on top of my list.

Also why can’t maa give Anuj their own love child? I rather they screw their own child’s life instead. If they must with neglect.

If 70 something woman in India can give birth to twin girls in 2019, why can’t Maa who is only 45-something grandmother?!🤔

Maa says she loves her pati bahut bahut much. She would want to at least try.🤔

Fostering for adoption is different from Fostering... Here they want to adopt Anu and hence Fostering her and they aren't getting any stipend... and as per my knowledge it isn't allowed unless you have 2 years of stable marriage... To register as a prospective parent itself needs the 2 years of stable marriage... Now everything is through Cara... this walk in adoption and all is not allowed legally in India...

@bold: exactly these people will show anything for drama... and honestly they wanted to show it as adoption but after a lot of backlash changed to fostering

Issue is that anu is now sent permanently. What will they answer to child care inspectors if they come to check in anu😆 foster care children get suprise inspection.

I doubt these writers know this even.😂😂😂
