all of them....no one said a word when Devi ji said that we will let CA decide who she wants to stay with.....but all of a sudden when CA left with Maya ...her consent doesn't mean anything...everyone realized that little kids are impressionable....anyone can misguide them and get them on their side...

And after knowing her true colors, the deal of CA's choice stands cancel. And ca herself repeatedly chose mummy papa over maaya then if she suddenly says she wants to be with maaya then kapadias will definitely have doubt. And not to forget, maaya did brainwashed little kid to come with her.

Anupamaa deserves this. Anupamaa deserves this treatment. Probably this is why you should never entertain the likes of maaya at your home.

First right is of birth parents not foster parent

maya never signed off her rights to anuj and anupama

so no way adoption is legal its fraud adoption

and since maan are not married for more than 2 years it means its illegal fostering or adoption

without marrying for more than 2 years no way anyone will give a child to foster forget adoption

no one sees birth parent character if not 70% parents should not have kids or keep their kids in world as their characters are not great

Only gandhi and mandela and martin luther king can have kids than as all have faults in character if we go by character of every birth parent

7 years kid decision is not asked or taken by courts as they are immature

next kid will say i will go with my kidnapper or some sexual offender because they love me will court allow

CA is not mature to decide who can be her parents

anyways that choice will not be asked in court as birth parent rights are first if they have not signed off their rights to orphanage or new parents

yeah adhik was lusting after pakhi as pakhi is sati savitri because shes related to anupama

there rakhi is bad mother as she wants good for kinjal to save her life from leechy shahs and toshu

Which legal pov is this? Child's birth mother has not surrendered the rights in the first place. (Till she's proven to not be the mother)

Moreover, they have circumvented the process to start fostering when they were not even eligible as per the rules. Doctrine of clean hands is considered when the person approaching the court is making a claim on the basis of a wrongful act.

Such technicalities may obviously not be considered in a show but any sort of legal justification being plausible for them also works only in Apmaanverse and not irl

If we go in technicalities of adoption then may be maan are not eligible for it. But maaya doesn't have any rights either if she gave her up before and only appeared after 6-7 years when the kid is already in foster care. She is no good mother either. Suppose if any other couple eligible for adoption have taken ca then what? Would you have still want maaya to take ca back.

She may have painful back story but what took her 7 years to come back is beyond my comprehension.

Jo log maid servant ka kaam karte hain wo log bhi bachha paalte hain aur unhe acchi facilities dete hain. Maaya ko independent hone ke liye ek decent si job kaafi thi, zaruri nahi tha ki usko crorepati banne ke baad hi aana hai. This is stupid perspective, matlab agat wo kabhi ameer nahi ban paati to kya kabhi apni bachhi ke liye wapas nahi aati? Aur itne saalo baad wapas aayi bhi to apna main motive bhul kar kisi dusre ke pati ko fasaane lagi. She is no saint. If maan is not ideal parents for ca then definitely maaya is also not right for her.

And at first I supported maaya because she was shown as genuine woman. However I still had objection on her reason of coming back after so many years. But still since maan is fostering ca only from some months and ca has biological parent alive who wants to take care of her then i felt maan could have let go ca but then change in maaya's character and also .i have a thought about it from a different pov, it changed my view about it.

I came to know about a instance from mother about some distant relatives. They didn't have children and were looking for adoption. One day they come to know that a lady has left her newborn in hospital. The govt. Agencies took baby in govt run adoption center and from there thia couple got the baby for fostering. They in middle of the adoption process when that lady came back and demanded her baby back. Apparently she was pregnant before marriage so she gave up baby to save her self From humiliation but later she got married to the father of baby and both of them came back to claim baby. This is the true case, I am not making up stories here, so here the real govt. authorities denied them any details about the location of baby. They clearly told them that have lost their legal rights to have baby back. Now here if real parents wanted they could have sued the adoption center and child care authorities, but they didn't, they accepted their decision.

In this show, the difference is maaya came back after so many years and she didn't even inform anyone she is alive or not. After 7 years if person is not found even court declares their civil death. So maaya came after so many years and demands ca back who is already in foster care. Maan do have a legal case in their favour.

I understand its everybody's hatred and frustration towards maan but a fact is a fact. Everyone hoped maaya to be sensible one but makers made her another lunatic woman. So if there is choice with whom ca should live then I'll prefer known lunatics than an unknown one.
