Even the ones who downright disow Ed the kid and all unko bhi shagun hi deke aayi with a dua.. so unlike desi TV.. I was just appaled at the double standards not that we haven't seen them but wah ek Tarah they were shown to be begging for a pota and then the ones they have the Dada was like gtfo doesn't exist for me why Caz ego ca the son married as per his wish..yeah why should God give you another one idiot.. am sorry but I hate that character the most now with his usne Mera cheers beta toh main uska cheer loonga behavior but then trying to be like main baddua nahi doing but this is karma yeah not the same thing.. ac ji though is far better here with her being shown the bechari wife but yet taking stand of her own so far and trying to help abhi toh felt genuine hi her meeting Katha and aarav and Katha calling her Maa but I am not sure about her loyalties yeh jaldi paltegi lagta hai abhi toh himmat kar li aage Pati ke pressure main aayegi hi. Katha however is just so brilliant to see . The resilience the honsla the Yankeen she has. Even of everything is failing I like her I will keep trying now which door to open is God's will..

AC ji is basically just doing another version of her Kota Factory wala role....lol but I can never trust her sweet facade now after the torturous memories of Imlie....it's not that we haven't seen other negative/vile characters on TV before but Imlie waale itna neeche girte rahe aur itne long time tak ki ab unmein se kisi ko bhi tolerate karna mushkil hai. But yes, AC ka character here is better than the FIL who is a total piece of trash. Poor Baaji deserved better😆

Dude, I can't wait for you to get to the ONS epis.....story kicks into another gear after that😆. And the way they are navigating the narrative is quite layered and interesting. Ek taraf the characters are trying to compartmentalize it also but at the same time, the tension between their characters has become so PALPABLE that it's interesting to watch. The way they are depicting the mix of guilt, awkwardness and curiosity that Viaan feels towards Katha.....and Katha trying to be professional but still showing her contempt for him by stepping away each time he comes closer even to look at work stuff....good writing and direction.

Upar se now there is an adorable PUPPY in the mix....haha....the office scenes are the most interesting in the show so far. Viaan is becoming pretty obvious in the way he is looking for excuses to get Katha to talk to him, look at him😆....but she is handling him like a pro😆

Firstly, FILs behavior is unredeemable! Forget about everything he did not have basic insaaniyat for a little kid. Kathaa and the women around her are such a refreshing change. The flashbacks of her and her hubby is so heart warming and heart breaking at the same time. I get this feeling they made this show with so much thehraav and the laidback pacing that gives so much breathing space and build characters organically.

+1....you can feel the way the air has charged up between them now in the aftermath and Viaan is absolutely restless the next morning on not seeing her in the office😆.....ekdum BAUKHLAYA hua in wanting her to acknowledge/react to him in some way....lol meanwhile Katha is focused fully on Aarav and wants to put this all behind her.

Those were my favorite episodes , the tension in the air is so palpable. One can feel it through the screen. Kathaa has such a clear conscience that she doesn’t feel any guilt or shame and this is what I would say is progressive, rather than all those FLs giving lamba bhashans on naari shakti and women empowerment.

The resignation scene was ekdum bomb....Viaan ka dumbfounded face🤣....even more so when she returns the extra money back to him too😆. I can't believe it's STILL not struck him why she asked for such a PRECISE amount of money rather than a round figure😆

I absolutely loved it when she returns the extra money, look on his face is priceless 🤣 I think it already struck him thats why he is getting more restless and Katha absolutely refuses to answer him 🤣 Also he notices her purse, ke 1 crore ka kya kiya abhi bhi yehi purse use kar rahi hai , paarkhi nazar🤣

It's so ironic that a situation they both went into with so much discomfort/dread has yielded such opposing reactions from them....waise toh they are both disturbed by that night but Viaan was already more drawn to her even before that night so I guess that is the reason he has become even more fixated on everything to do with Katha cuz he isn't being able to figure her out so all this arguing/fighting is his only way of engaging with her.....lol

Its like Katha has found some kind of peace as it saved her sons life, even though the price she had to pay was too high:( , on the other hand Viaan goes from being disturbed, to being absolutely restless and then torn by guilt. I absolutely loved these episodes the way they have executed this journey with their writing. Lol I am waiting to read your thoughts on those episodes.

Katha is so likeable not nonce she shows bechargi ya kuch even though she is a concerned mother with a looming talwar on her head in regards to her son's health but how she is juggling with it and the strength just shows like the scene where she gets so worried when the kid just runs playfully but it is shown in a more regular way instead of drama but one can see the mother's worry too..I like how she said people may think she doesn't remember but she does and she doesn't need naseehat of those kinds and can take care and tells her son ke woh mama se strength leta hai one can see that. The kiddo is adorable and again so happy to see not an annoying kid so far. Hero in the meeting and uske setup main suits it so far too .uo estly no complains instead am more shocked ke we haven't seen so far maybe Caz back then we were also more caught on BB. But I like everything about the show so far..most of all I am not looking at the clock while watching this and being Kab Khatami hoga 2 epeised went pretty fast .. Katha ka professional part is shown actually so realistically in terms of how the office environment is and how meetings and things function..👏 so far also good to see ke har koi bas har kisi ko pull down karne nahi bhaitha hai

Me too !! I watched the first few episodes I think its 10 or 11 and except for FIL, (watched the heartbreaking scene of him and Kathaa) and some of Viaans moms scenes I watched most of it . I missed the whole effort that katha put in trying to arrange for money. She exhausted all possible avenues, that was shown so realistically ke she tries each and every thing that can help. I now understand few scenes from later on and it makes so much more sense !

For a change I also liked the actor playing Pyramid ka boss, he is not shown as some buffoon doing some lame villaingiri. 😆

I started watching because my friend told me that she watched snippets of this show every now and then and she liked the initial episodes but then it changed into some love triangle😆 and the ONS condition. I was like how are they going to show that in a digestible way? 😆 So i started from the middle and I was surprised by the quality pf the show, maybe no expectations make it better😆.Since I started from the middle I had to finish watching till the end and then wanted to go back to the start🤣 poor judgement on my part, lol.

Chalo jaise bhi sahi, we are watching now and are able to appreciate it for itself so far....sach mein logon ki opinions aaj kal do dhele ki reliable nahin rahi since everyone is so busy running around to hype anything for breathing also.

Aarav is a really sweet kiddo and his protectiveness for his mom is ❤️....bahut hi pyara relationship hai maa bete ka and deffo feels refreshing compared to the other ongoing TV bacche who are usually OTT and oversmart.

The kid is adorable and their relationship is simply heart warming. As you said its not OTT like other kids and same for the Mom , she is so hands on with him. She loves him whole heartedly but doesn’t spoil him rotten because of his condition. She protects him but at the same time lets him be independent, responsible and teach him important life lessons without being over bearing .

Katha's condition will really break your heart in the coming epis where she's working so hard to manage so many situations but she is just not being given even one break from any side....but I like that her resilience is shown without glorifying it with 20 bhaashans.....her character as a woman comes through without needing to be preachy about it.

It was so hard to watch her, like really give her a break. But she handles everything with so much grace, poise and self respect. Even though you see her break and going through an impossible situation , you see that absolute strength and grit in her character! As she says haarna ya tootna to option bhi nahi hai💔

Agree on both these points....I'm quite further ahead in my binge watch and almost caught up so hopefully I can speak to the current epis soon.

But what a rollercoaster of a journey it's been, especially post the ONS and Viaan's efforts to find answers and "closure" while Katha was basically like, "you live with this - I won't give you answers"....lol.....so many hard hitting and well executed scenes along the way....a few I must mention - when he tries to talk to her at one of her job IVs and finally bursts out that he needs to know why she showed up that night, why she took the money because he knows she's not like this....toh she very firmly tells him that she feels no guilt - he's the one drowning in guilt and thinking he will assuage his guilt by getting answers for why she came that night.

Then the Dubai trip scenes....lol Viaan's face when he sees her laughing for the first time - utterly enchanted since then only but has no clue about it. Then his desperation to just talk to her driving him to offer her money again....oh boy did that one misfire big time😆....but uske baad his restlessness deffo kicked into another gear with the way he was frantic when he couldn't find her at the hotel and then the way he just sat at a distance from her in the airport lounge - too scared to approach her😆. This has been the crux of what's made the dynamic between the characters so interesting - the fact that the ONS left him so much more tormented than her and it only kept growing with time.

All this came to a head when he finally found out the truth....that was a really powerful scene as he shows up so devastated right outside her house and the way he's just all broken, crying, apologizing to her over and over again that he didn't know she was a mom and her child was suffering so much. But Katha being Katha again cuts to the heart of the matter that how does it matter that she was a mom - doesn't make what happened right. One of the most powerful bits in this scene was the way she said there were two of us in the room that night - we both did something wrong....but I know what answers I will give to God when it's time.....but what answers will you give? I accepted the ghatiya offer you made but the offer was still YOURS - nothing will change that. And the way Viaan is just so devastated and crying over and over that this isn't him, this isn't him.....really heart wrenching scene from both perspectives.

The way they've depicted the build ups and the turning points in the story has been really commendable....the tension between Viaan and Katha really makes for a compelling watch.

And then there's Aarav....it's been even more fun to watch him post his recovery and the way he's opened up in doing things with his mom, the way he's trying to the "man of the house", protecting his mom from Chik chik uncle😆....the way they set up his friendship with Viaan has also been very sweet....everything feels organically paced without feeling like a gimmick stuffed in *touchwood*

Katha in this story is depicted as this magnificent being that everyone is enchanted with on some level...either her talent impresses you or you are impressed by her sheer strength/resilience.

Yeah if you watch in sequence, you really feel for Katha's struggle in arranging the money and why she finally makes the choices she does. Pyramid wala angle along with that Amrita wala angle was really well used to set up the office drama/conflicts in those early epis....

The FIL-MIL wala angle I guess was trying to later on show another version of husband-wife dynamics with egotistic husband being unfair to his wife or something but I honestly didn't have any patience left for these two so I keep forwarding their scenes😆

I was also remembering that when I'd gotten into Imlie, tab uska bhi baseline yehi tha ki it's a controversial storyline but the acting and execution is natural and we used to appreciate the show for that....but dekho uska kya haal hua finally😆. Yahaan bhi it's quite engaging right now cuz they are navigating the complexities of the plot well but aage pata nahin ultimately kya typical drama thoosenge😆

Lmao yes the inlie trauma won't let us get ecoct3d to that extent too anymore.🤣 Caz trp ke hote huye bhi they did such tamasha for nothing..as we have said all along apne saath competition laga loa tha ke aur neeche kaise Jaana hai..

Well the good thing is as per trp this one is one of the highest grosser on Sony at 0.6 wh8ch is high by Sony standard to let's hope it does well so we can enjoy but baaki just was thinking ke tabahi toh kareinge whenever they decide to get them married Caz that is when sab ke sab loose plot or will have to see what the otfoinal show followed after but I bet yeh log toh koi SaaS bahu drama lake karenge hi Caz chil Mach jaati hai.

P.s Spidie main iss pyramid boss ko seriously nahi le sakti as I remember him as prem ka cheater bhai from kis desh🤣 iski wajah se hi both prem and pretty kept suffering time and again.. and iska Ganda saaf karte rehte thay

However yes I was blown with her integrity too ke at such a desperate time too she chose loyalty and that speaks so muh about so eine's character without bajaooing dhondora at a time when she needed money the most and they knew it and wanted to take advantage of her situation how she stood for self and always had been confused main toh thi nahi so why keep calling me.. I mean that was such a touchy area anybody in her place would have been big deal yes a 100x over what is loyalty to a firm over life of your child but not Katha Caz she gives her kaam the same respect and love woh jo ek apne kaam ki izzat hai na iski nazar main thay touches you and then again that distinguishing line that aarav is way above kaam but yet kaam ki bhi izzat aise toh nahi dikhaya ke she doesn't care for her beta for kaam nope that is hard to achieve these days

One of the scenes thay really made me teary so far is the one where she is recording that message for crowd funding and aarav keeps coming and how she kept pushing her tears back gaining and regaining her composure and then snapping at him but handling it so well with maayein hamesha achi actor hoti hai..classss

Also I just say they have set up viaan ka past his thought process the trauma so well too I like that he has an image a thought process in regards to women yet he still respects them and maintains a line as a boss too matlab woh blind hate for a complete gender nahi hai ven if he does generalize..

Oh and I am really liking his friend too Caz he is jot nosy yet close bhai jaise hain but I like woh jo boundaries hain and jaise they handle each other they know when to give space and when to speak it is refreshing Caz aajkal many shows cannot even get that right either it is too much or too casual.
