Selfiee review and box office - Page 5

The timing of the Selfiee movie release was completely off.

It's a bit saddening that none here seems to have watched the movie yet and wrote some lines about the watching experience.

In some minutes, a new song will get promoted (Deewaane)...and I read that the reviews aren't that bad and that the movie has entertainment value...

Somebody also wrote that Akshay is targeted...I wonder for what?

Anyone here has watched the movie?

No it won't have big loss like Bombay Velvet or Last Kangana's Film and even 83, The film will recover a lot of money from TV & Streaming right.

They may recover their budget but will 'they' recover from the loss of reputation?

On about a 110 crore budget, Selfiee's under 17 crore on Day-8.

reputation-wise, Selfie is a disaster... and for the distributor and theatre owners an economic failure.

Action movies and biopics tend to draw larger movie audience? Pathan drishyam brahmastra etc

Remakes are not doing well.

I can’t be bothered to sit 3 hrs in a cinema. Rather watch on TV where I can pause and watch in installments and fast forward unappealing scenes.

More variety & competition has brought more scrutiny ...

To the quality of what's being put out for the consumers.
