I don't know why but mujhe aise lag raha hai that meerab will not tell Ruhail about this sharat,and he came to know it through maybe Haya or someone else,and than discussed with meerab or maybe haya come to know about Ruhail and tell her about that Meerab has no physical relationship with murtasim and ruhail and saba ask her to meet where Ruhail says to her that he knows about her marital relationship and murtasim is namard or whatever and maybe than meerab brought up that condition thing and script leaked maybe continous scene.

Becoz discussing such personal thing with friends will not leave good taste.

I am saying this becoz this is the biggest doubt in my mind regarding meerab I mean she doesn't want to break her marriage with murtasim,she never ever intend to do that,secondly she is scared more than murtasim that someone doesn't came to know about this comdition of hers...infact murtasim is chilled out she is scared about this aspect of their married life...
