Ya, They mixed all traditions . In shadi also many scenes they followed South Indian tradition.

This SR scene south India me aise hi hothi hai. Dulha, dulhan keliye wait karega our dulhan shodh ke glass ke sath andar jathi hai and they have to share the milk before they share their life journey.

Dulha ka pair dhulana bhi south ki tradition hai.
