Sometimes I think about children who leave their ageing parents and keep very little contact with them. Were they abused and disrespectful behavior of the parents the reason?

This show is hell bent on showing Shitnupa as some devi whereas it's an insult to even think along those lines. My mom has lived with disrespect most of her life and she knows how it feels and she taught me never accept disrespectful nature no matter whoever that person is, not like Anupama who lived with it all her life and Teaching others (not her daughter) to live with it

I think Dimpy should make it clear that if Samar wants to marry her they should live separately as it seems impossible to live peacefully in the Shah house with constant verbal and mental abuse taking place,I think live and let live here applies a lot. She should also tell Anupama to butt out. You don't have to be an anupamaa bhakt in order to be a good person.

And Dimpy is no way related to that old hag so why should she tolerate her shit ? Who the hell is deviji to dictate her ?
