There surely are things one could criticise, e.g. the writing on the glass-entry (John-scene at the beginning)...it obviously is a French inscription but they wrote "center" instead of "centre"....and there may be more sloppiness.

What false arguments? That line is definitely plagiarized. You said the Kennnedys did not say it first. I'll accept it. But it is still associated strongly with them, and YRF is plainly borrowing instead of writing new dialogue. It's bad filmmaking.

Film may still run because patriotism, sexy heroine, SRK. Doesn't change the fact the trailer is terrible.

Eta. YRF, which sues even YouTubers for copyright violation, is notorious for plagiarism. They plagiarized Jeffrey frigging Archer. He commented on it too.
