You know this is supposed to be funny. But there is some truth to it too. Abhi don't care about Akshu anymore and still considers her responsible for Neil's death. Abhinav also got connected to the baby and not Akshu. So who knows, in future this might actually happen. Poor Akshu has no value at all. 😆
