After this episode, I feel Murtasim actually likes Meerab and refuses to marry her only because he thinks she's "maghroor and ghamandi". This is funny because on the one side, it is not easy for him to tolerate someone who's as maghroor and ghamandi as he is but on the other side, the same qualities make him give her importance as she challenges him. Also, the way Haya's behavior repels him also confirms that someone who's opposite of maghroor and ghamandi turns him off..
As for Meerab, I guess, at this point, she geuniely dislikes Murtasim because she's not aware of his good side. Once she knows how he also treats poor and needy people just like she does, her heart will melt for him to a greater extent.
One a side note, I liked the confidence with which Murtasim tells Amma that the story behind the tea will be unraveled soon. He seems to give Meerab no importance but actually knows her a lot. Well, that's another thing that despite knowing that she'll do something with that tea offer, he still fall for her trick when she offered him tea but drank it herself.. 😆
