This is actually quite a good opportunity to show character growth in Shiva. He can start to both think-before-he-leaps as well as be more considerate towards Raavi's feelings.

If this is the route they are going towards, then I'm quite excited for the post-leap story. Maybe we'll finally get to see some positivity in their marital life.

it could be the value of the land lol in recent years my family has been buying and building a new home and disposing of old land or property and its usually the value of the land according to the area. Even the most rundown houses are worth a lot coz of the land value.

Why not wish for him to go into business on his own. Maybe then he'll even get a decent wardrobe change. Or, of course, the typical tv show trope of suddenly becoming extremely rich and famous after a leap - become a business tycoon. Logic doesn't matter anyway.

Oh, that makes sense. Maybe it isn't the house itself that is very valuable but the land it is on. Hadn't considered that.
