Out of all the people in the mandali, Shiv was the one I least expected to nominate Sumbul. He is the empathetic towards her even if he doesn't voice it when she gets bullied. So why did he of all people nominate her? My guess is he got another feedback/counseling from BB in CR. Khud ka dimag nahi lagata. He targeted Ankit and now Shalin because he or his mandali members were told by BB to do so.
