He should resign before he gets suspended for his absent-minded behavior. He can actually re-start his career as a boyfriend on rent. He can quote his price along with his vaada and girls in need might contact him. He has a better chance in this career since he has a great experience. He is a temporary match for all types women.

He can act as a dr and deliver a baby so he can be a temporary match for heavily pregnant ladies.
