Why would anyone want to buy it knowing he did suicide in that flat.

Tenant will have to compromise on price. Any recent death associated with any house will affect the price, let alone such a public, gruesome death. No one is going to market price when they pay the same for a house without history.

You really have hopes and guts to even put a price on a place where someone was found hanging to the ceiling fan..let alone free..even if you pay for someone to live there..no one ever will..

Wonder why Sushant paid such a high rent to basically house a bunch of free loaders.

I met someone recently who works in high end real estate and she said the same thing as in the article, that flat owners are reluctant to rent their properties to Bollywood people now. This lady had shown a sea facing flat in Bandra west to Aditya Roy Kapur who was very keen on it but the owner refused to rent it to him and wanted only a corporate tenant.

And what's the guarentee that the corporate tenant wouldn't commit suicide?? 🤔

No wonder ... 😲

The whole narrative or story around ...

What really happened is still a kind of a mystery ?

Just complete bad energy in that place 👍🏼
