What i mean by not showing head shoulders is, that we won't get to see sairat sleeping together in the episode.

I'm saying from sairat pov and sairat sleeping together.

This one's okay for drama but i still think that if pakhi had found sairat sleeping together then she would've been more shocked and giving explanation would've been difficult. Here virat can say that he went to take a bath, there's nothing much to it and that she's overthinking.
