Shamsher has issues with Nehmat but not Naaz which is weird, does he know that Naaz is jasmine's daughter and Nehmat is not hence he doesnt have any issues with her being the daughter-in-law cause Nehmat and Naaz are apparently Fatejo's daughters

Its karma of kapoor family!

Mallika did warn Rama about Naaz and Rama did think about investigating more about Naaz,

As far as I remember Jass aka nehmat's father married Tejo inspite being already married to someone else and he was not a good man, even then it is quite possible that he was framed falsely

I feel that shamsher is the ultimate villian after jasmine as she is going to exit anyways or maybe they will introduce some big shot as a villian later in the drama if shamsher dosnt fit the bill

Nehmat's father is in jail. Fateh checked his information. Thereafter, they decided not to let him know about Nehmat's birth (Nehmat's mother was an unmarried woman). It was the hospital staff who gave Nehmat's information to Tejo.
