Yes, it was good, Barkha is an elder person in that family she should show some maturity also but this is also true that a bahu should not talk like that in her sasuraal wo bhi during her first year of marriage at least. Bahus have to manage themselves very carefully, not to back answer anyone because even if she was right in her own place, people don't think twice before blaming the mother by saying, "tumhari ma ne kuch sikhaya nahi?"

If she wants to live a happy and peaceful married life, she should try to behave like her mother because a mother can tolerate her whims but sasuraal mein koi nahi tolerate karta.
