Good for her. Most BW actors invest in real estate which is a smart way! Even RSDP bought a bungalow in Alibaug, am sure they’ll end up buying in Bombay too if they haven’t already. Am sure it must be a lovely life to just have property upon property, they must forget they’ve some too. 😆

Is Janhvi’s single income so high that she could buy a bungalow in Mumbai worth 65 Crores within few years itself? 🤔 Then, how come other actress like Sonakshi, Parineeti, Kriti, Kiara, Aditi Rao, etc don’t have bungalows in Mumbai?

I donot think it is alone her salary. Her father might have helped or she has her share in sridevi property, she is using everything wisely and also need to take care of income tax things as well, so she might have invested in buying house

They don’t have the financial resources, simple. And her single income might not be THIS high but her family does have money, so who knows how she actually got this bungalow. Most actresses do a lot of things to supplement their main income, AHEM, but ya, still not enough to buy a bungalow in Bombay unless you’ve extensive family money which most of the actresses you’ve quoted (except Kiara, she’s from a very well-to-do business/industrialist family) don’t possess. Sonakshi & family have a whole building to themselves. 😆😆 That counts as a bungalow, me thinks.
