Did Vikram Vedha Underperform ? If so why ?

I think it's because of 4 reasons --

1. The promotions were lukewarm

2. It was a remake and many people had seen the original

3. It was neither purely massy nor purely classy, somewhere in between

4. Saif as the protagonist didn't excite audiences enough

Hrithik was the only saving grace....he was phenomenal in d movie!

it was a boring movie and hrithik's stardom is seriously overrated

2nd point is the main reason... Vikram vedha dubbed hindi version was also available and many saw the movie. So this movie has nothing new to offer, that's why it failed.
