I practice a thought where life keeps giving me surprises “good” surprises like I never expected this.. I keep experiencing this feeling of being in a overwhelmed state where I am too happy 😆

then in few days or weeks something does happen where I feel like arre ye to chamatkaar types ho gya mere saath.. maybe the same would happen anyway but just because I practice that feeling I enjoy the same things in 10 folds.

sometimes we want someone to be a certain way and project it onto them instead of accepting them as they’re. You either actually see the good in that person and accept them with all their faults or you want them to be good and trying to get that out of them. They’ll resist it won’t work.


so you didn’t see light in him then you didn’t. If you actually see the good in him you’ll focus only on that and also accept the rest. If you’re trying to see the good in the hopes that his behavior will change because now you’re seeing the so called good or trying to see then it won’t work. It’s like i mentioned in the above post, it can’t be used as a technique. You actually see the good and if you actually see it then you’re not waiting for him to be good to you or to someone else. You’re not seeing the good in the hopes of him becoming a better person or expecting a change in his behavior.

You don’t have to ignore what’s happening or his behavior. You don’t detach either you just release resistance within you towards them. You see him with all his faults and still accept him love him make him feel wanted and see what happens.

Not only are you not feeding his pain body but you’re actually transmuting it but mostly our own pain bodies get triggered and we react. Eckhart tolle talks about pain body in his book the power of now also a new earth. Check them out they’re great


We influence each other, trigger each other mostly it’s our own unconscious stuff we haven’t healed so when two people meet get into a relationship. They bring all their baggage with them and each want the other to fit in their world see things through their lens be the way they want them to be

It’s always inside out so at that time you were a match to that kind of person so you attracted him now you’re a different person you’ll attract a different kind of person as your energy is different and you needed to go through that for your own growth and whoever or whatever kind of situation is necessary your higher self will make it happen.

so in my view people and situations are interchangeable. It’s just that at this time you need to go through this kind of experience or experiences and for that this person is the best match as he’s seeking the same so it fits like a glove.


it can also be karma from past lives. You two had some unfinished business and now it’s done and when it’s done you go your own separate ways

but this is just the tip of the iceberg there’s a lot more to this I’m learning everyday myself but information shouldn’t be mistaken with knowledge. Knowing it is living it being it for eg its one thing to talk about past lives and believe in it and it’s another when you actually remember it then you’ll actually know till then it’ll be hearsay.

you can manifest someone with dimples 😉 and if your desire is intense enough it might happen either in this life or next one.


there was a loa forum where one woman changed her nose like it got so much better and without any surgery. Another woman’s breasts were saggy and she made them firm without implants. So a lot is possible and it wasn’t just talk they posted pics with proof.

Letting go is dropping it. If you don’t resist you won’t have to drop it as you’re not clinging to begin with but most of us live in a state of wanting and not wanting.


so I talked to this girl on the train and we connected it felt good now her station has come and she has to go but I want her to stay, I’m wanting something which IS NOT, I’m not flowing with life that’s where I create resistance now because I’ve created it, i can become aware of it and drop it. In this instance wanting her to stay.


it’s seeing what clinging and resistance does and dropping it. It’s seeing that you’re holding on to a burning tea pot and dropping it. You don’t actually decide to drop. Seeing what it’s doing to you it drops by you through you.


What’s happening is all that’s happening. My train ride for eg took 5hrs instead of 2. I reached home at 2am. So I see the train is late an hour and I’m sitting in the station instead on the train. That’s all there’s nothing more to it but I can easily resist this and insist that it shouldn’t happen. Something else should happen (train should be here) instead of what is happening (it’s delayed) by doing this i create friction and resistance.

I can also make a story out of this like this always happens to me and add it to content of ‘me’
Part of my identity like I’m unlucky etc it can go in any direction depending on your conditioning.

so at any given moment see if you’re desiring/wanting something to happen or wanting something not to happen. These are the two movements of the ego. It’s either pushing something away or pulling something towards never resting with what is never fully allowing this moment to be, insisting things to go it’s way

so you’re not letting go of any object per se, you’re letting go/dropping desiring itself. When you see you’re wanting something you drop it.

it can be small like not wanting a conversation to end or something big but in both cases you see what it’s doing to you. The pain you feel is not because you don’t have it. The pain is because you want it. The mind will fool you and convince you if only i had that then my life would be great but you suffer because you’re wanting something which doesn’t exist. Wanting by definition means that you don’t have it.


so if you let go of things to be ‘your way’ and accept each moment as it is then you flow with life and if you see you’re resisting/wanting you drop it that instance.


you can practice letting go but you can’t practice letting go so you can get something out of it that would mean you haven’t let go. You can’t let go of money in order to get money because you’re still doing it to get money so you’re still holding on to the object of your desire in this case it’s money. Your consciousness is still centered around money.


it’s like I’m trying to meditate but when I AM trying to meditate, meditation can not happen because I’m standing in the way. Meditation happens when there’s no meditator. It’s always happening only I come in the way


letting go happens when you stop wanting/resisting

Now you want to let go in order to get something from it then you haven’t let go. You’re still holding on to it. It’s just that you have heard that letting go will get you what you want so you use it to get what you want that’s what i mean by using it as a technique. You can’t fool the existence, universe.


the energy is totally released. You’re not expecting anything to happen. When or if it happens you’ll be genuinely surprised but if you haven’t released it you’ll be looking forward to it from the corner of your eye, it’ll be at the back of your mind. Also the belief that I’ll be fulfilled by having this desire fulfilled is running which brings me back to feeling lack.


does this make sense? It can be complicated but you can’t get out of your mind through mind it’ll be just more mind more thoughts. So you need to become aware and see what is actually happening moment to moment within you then see if you can drop it. See if you can drop each moment. Dying to the past.

Each moment things are coming into being into existence and disappearing. See them appear and disappear without clinging or resisting then you’re actually dropping it and not carrying any baggage. You’ll be light as a feather 🪶 you’re just moving with existence.


I recommend lester levensons sedona method for letting go. He healed himself just by letting go. He was supposed to die in 6 months instead he lived for another 50yrs and manifested all kinds of things

Actually when I posted my earlier post about letting go, in my mind I was talking about letting go of issues troubling us. As I use letting go technique for problems in my life and letting go of them so that I can be at peace. Hence I wrote by practicing it, intensity of troubles lessens. This has worked for me and I do practice this for my issues.


I agree with you on letting go technique cannot be used for manifesting things as we cannot let go in an instance and as humans we are prone to wants this and that.


Someone had told me that we should be absolutely, utterly 100% okay with our life and give unconditional love towards our entire existence. That is unconditional love to our entire existence and from that place of ease we manifest easily and quickly. But we should not do that to make things happen. I have tried giving unconditional love to my entire existence and those moments were very precious and the light hearted I felt cannot be expressed in words. I do not think of anything particularly to manifest during this practice. Just give unconditional love through my heart and it is wonderful experience.

yeah they don’t but you do. You don’t see them as bullies anymore but as wounded children because they actually are wounded. No one is born a bully. When you start seeing them differently your experience with them will change or your paths won’t cross.


the focus is not on them but on yourself. They’re doing what they’re doing, how are you interpreting what they’re doing? And does that define them as a person? Are they bullies 24/7? They bully and when they go home you see their dads, brothers bullying them. They need an outlet so they find someone else to take it out on but that someone can only be you if you’re a match if not it won’t happen. By match i don’t just mean that you see yourself as a victim so it’ll happen to you but it’s also possible that you need to go through this experience for your growth and this individual is presented to you 😁


so things are not black and white or as they seem

When we manifest, we should own it. Not say that this would have happen. You practice a thought where life gives you good surprises and then it happens. So you surely manifest it. Always own your manifestations.

I know but the whole idea behind it was I wanted to feel overwhelmed like bhukhe ko 5star khana mil jaye. if you think you deserve it and feel ye to main “huun” already, or I already have million dollars then I won’t feel super happy when I actually become one. 😆
I do make goals and think that I already do all those things and already have everything but with that practicing being in a complete shock just makes things better for me. I want to be surprised.

yes that’s very good. There’s a book living on love by klaus it talks about well basically living on love 😁 it’s really good as he turns everything to love

you can also use hypnosis for manifestation but for that you’ve to train yourself to get into trance once you’re in a trance state suggestions will be easily accepted.

How does one stop getting affected by others, depending and clinging too much or excessive fixation and consent need of validation and approval from others and stop being hyper sensitive,easily affected by others and stop letting past ruining our future, preventing us from moving on? Like if you had bad experience in past and you now feel wary to face or trust anyone?

How to be more authentic in oneself and be rational and logical? Stop being forever enmeshed with others and their voices inside our heads controlling us?
