Why actors like Aamir and Ajay don't have fan following like

SRK,Akshay and Salman?

You need to be sociable/outgoing and connect with people on a personal level to have fans. Both come across as snooty and not particularly nice.

Ajay has a huge fan following on IF. I am unable to disclose the usernames of the fans in order to protect their identity.

Because Aamir does few films. He earlier atleast did one film a year. Since Lagaan he has not even done that and takes 4 or 5 year breaks and is hardly there in media or social media nor does concerts or stage shows.

Aamir does have fans but they do not remain online all day nor surround his house for darshan. His fan clubs used to get active around release of his films earlier online. And went inactive again after release buzz died.

Also Aamir is known more for films, message, content and not for himself. Earlier he had fans for his cute looks in QSQT phase. Now he is known only for work. When he hardly does interviews or photo shoots or ads or public appearances and deleted all his SM accounts also and is more of an introvert then why will you see fans like SRK or Salman for him? Or people buying his posters or buying magazines only for him?

His filma are also iconoclast and non conformist. They question society and have a message. Indian audience hates being questioned and many dislike Aamir or think he is preachy or insulted their society or family values or education system etc. Whereas other actors do mainly light hearted and conformist work. Aamir appeals more to brain. Others appeal more to instinct or heart.

But Aamir is trusted for doing something unique which is why his films do get audience out or curiosity to see what he did after all these years.

Ajay is even more introvert than Aamir and does no ads or award shows or concerts and his films are also inconsistent in terms of content. He sometimes does good films and sometimes does awful films. His content hardly has quality of Aamir either nor he works with big banners. He also lacks looks or charisma or style to get fans that are crazy.

SRK, Salman, Akki, HR have cultivated a certain style, kept interacting with fans and media and are active in public life which keeps fans even on roads for them.

They may not have as many fans, but they will ALWAYS DRAW CURIOUS MOVIE GOERS👏
