I have not watched recent episodes of BALH 2... But I guess vaha pe bhi courtroom drama nahi hua hai.

S1 main bhi Priya gives up Pihu's rights to Ram on her own, outside the courtroom. To protect Pihu from the nonsense.

It might not happen in Ghum as V has an adoptive kid already and CN is not really conducive. Also Sai is not Priya.

So most probably the status quo will remain.
