Yes, Kṛṣṇa is often called Puṇḍarīkākṣa, and occasionally Puṣkarākṣa, Puṣkarekṣaṇa, Aravindākṣa, and Rājīvanetra.

Kṛṣṇā Draupadī is described as Śāradotpalapatrākṣī (eyes like leaves of lotuses in autumn) by Yudhiṣṭhira when he stakes her. Is she called "lotus-eyed" anywhere else?

Edited to add: Vidura describes her as Kamalalocanā when she faints at the sight of Kirmīra, and Koṭikāśya calls her Kamalāyatākṣī.
