I wish Manish would have been empathetic to what Abhi might be going through as Abhi had spent a year completely clueless about AK whereabouts. He questioned Abhis duties as a husband but didn’t empathize with Abhis pain . At the police station he accused Abhi of deserting AK but didn’t think twice that AK left Abhi for a year. Upon her return AK expected a grand welcome from Abhi, when things did not go per her expectations Gfam shows their true colors.

If khera did the surgery in birla hospital, he would have had staff assistance in the surgery from birla staff. Somebody must have seen/ remembered that khera left abhi surgery midway after starting it, and akshu needs to raise the point why khera only agreed to go back to doing surgeries only on her request when he has refused many before to get abhi brain ticking more.

There are so many points akshu can raise just to put doubt in his mind regarding khera intentions behind agreeing to do his surgery and easily poke holes in khera's story he claimed in front of abhi. But akshu this entire time has been hung up on proving only kairav innocent rather than explaining to him the reason why she left. If she convinced abhi of the truth behind why she left earlier on, abhi would have been far more calm in kairav matter and nau have supported akshu, but akshu has handled everything stupidly.
