the level of research by brahmastra team

somebody said on twitter that 'vanarastra' itself is wrong because lord hanuman always carried shastras and not astras(astras are what you release from hand or machine,like arrow;shastras are what you keep in hand and don't release while fighting like mace,sword,trident)

I wanted to check the validity of this so I googled and according to an answer on quora Lord Hanuman indeed used shastras more,mace,plough,sword,wheel,trident.

The only weapon in the answer that was an astra was arrow.

The answer also said that the strength in his bare fists and legs was more than enough to finish off anyone,but his arsenal of weapons had more shastras and only one astra.

I think more then others U really have researched this movie lol

Film is based on a fantasy-action fictional story, not realistic events or humans. It can have those elements to portray such stories.

Of course they can do anything but all of the things they showed wrong just shows their laziness and lack of awareness and inclination to learn before making a project.

Fiction is the word that means they can create things that aren't there. Your logic of creating this thread is that, as if the makers claim that yes, this is Lord Hanuman's avatar we have used, he was using this and that. This is what the makers haven't done. They wasted your precious 10 minutes for nothing. They did utilize their 10 years in the right manner.

Ya lazy , just show anything lol . Tat shows their dedication towards their craft .

Didn't Hanuman carry a mace?

If they had done the research, astraverse would exist? They just derived the idea and made it their lore, which honestly, feels cool. Do I find the term bandarastra funny? Yes. Does that stop me from wanting more of mythology derived fiction? No. As long as they don't say that it's mytho, it's all good in the hood.
