Problem isn't imlie this how CVS was representing her. She was shown as grey when she do mistakes as human but when it's comes to accept and learn from mistakes she was not their, no character growth. I know imlie show for long time and SK was doing her best but I didn't watched it purposely till epi 310 because even I couldn't able to connect with her words and actions. She isn't spineless, she gives back to Aryan everytime but when it's come to her own self respect she hardly give back to Malini and Anu because unfortunately she value herself less. It's CVS who don't connect imlie to audience with proper monologue and emotions.

That's the problem right sis. Remember the starting episodes where Narmada and Arpi always give back to Aryan but after marriage they hardly have SS bro.

We all are got so mad and angry when narmada turned grey but as a actor she did a good job 👍 problem is cvs bro, after Arylie marriage they never utilized supporting actors with good SS that's why phase of the episodes are jet speed. Arpita mouth will be open on a convenient Way but not at the main point. Amazing actors but CVS wasted their talent.

We're watching the same show, instances she given back is very less. After Aryan introduction he takes that part mostly. When coming to standing up for herself, yes she and her husband wasn't on a good terms but doesn't meant either Aryan or Malini infact no one have rights to send her out because she is still wife of Aryan and daughter in law of the house. As a journalist she should know better and how to handle the domestic violence. All she have to say is stay out of my life and don't dare to send me out of own home, narmada clearly told that day she not only have relationship with Aryan but with everyone. She showed Malini out of the door and she needs to do the same everytime, what ever issue she have with Aryan she have to handle on closed doors even if it's about Cheeni, what they want to do. It's all about how she handles the situation and herself since CVS are so sadist they're so used of showing her as helpless, make her face humiliation, emotionally weak. They can do this at one phase and show her character evolution but CVS showing this for 600 episodes. Thanks to SK for walking out because she itself said Aryan is well written character when compared to imlie. Because of her this show came this end.
