I think too much is happening in his life right now. He had given up Dhabha for fake baby. The marriage happened with Ginni. Ginni helped expose Simran. Now, he cannot try to take Dhabha from Ginni. He needs to first sort his relationship status with her. May be then they can think about what do with Dhabha.
