KJo did speak up on SRK, but he didn't actively diss other male actors.

Kajol was promoted as the best in a group which included Madhuri, Manisha, Juhi, and TABU(!) 😆.

Exactly. And he must be insecure, too - always has been. He's a mediocre filmmaker, working with mediocre people in a mediocre industry, but at least he can give a more than mediocre career to someone mediocre.

I think a lot of this praise is about his own ego. He’s launched her. He got her Highway which declared her Meryl Streep. He’s gotten her other well written scripts. He’s basically made her career and her successes are actually his achievements.

This season of KWK specifically, I think KJo is putting the idea of Alia being the greatest out there as a subliminal messaging for Brahmstra. A lot of these episodes were shot almost two months ago. It’s a little ironic that now in real time he’s not promoting Brahmstra but two months ago he probably still had some hope for the movie.

He should be promoting RK too, at least half heartedly. He only sees him as her trophy..promcouple them best couple or their wedding as the best.

No one cares or knows, who the best Male star is or who is number 1 among them.why the chatter only for mega star Alia.

Wasn't he trying in the first few episodes with all the talk of beautiful wedding and how focused he was on prayers etc? But yea overall his focus has always been Alia.
