It was nice that they showed that is Dev's nature to be caring about all his employees and having this 1:1 interaction with them, Very essential and much needed in the corporate world. Team that believes in their leader(again not a title but the action) will move mountains for their leader. Despite the fact that he may have soft corner for Vidhi, it is very nice that the creators highlight the fact of him being a good leader to his team. IT was wonderful to see Dev explain the difference between "Samajna" and "Yaad" Rakhna. No need to rote memorize when you actually understand the subject. BTW, even I understand and wont forget MU theory now :)
