The uncomfortable pause, and esp. Alia and even Ayan looked so shocked. Makes me think- is this woman so lucky as we all presume her to be? Grass is always greener on the other side.

As much as I hate Alia, I now think she can actually do better than Ranbir. She deserves someone who would keep her grounded and in check. I feel like Ranbir would only enhance all of her bad qualities and vices.

She is obviously a better professional as well, her career choices have been better than Ranbir who IMO is nothing but a spoiled nepo man child. Maybe he’s jealous of her ? He seems like that type.

Ranveer, Vicky, and even Varun would never treat their wife like this.

The way the current scenario is, in 2022, Ranbir really should have controlled his urge to be funny...

In a private setting, we have ALL heard or personally made such throwaway comments to our family members... 🤔

...but with cameras, and channels, and social media and Internet forums, boycoot gangs and bored people ☺️ with nothing better to do (like me and you who is reading this)... everything will be blown up well out of proportion, but at least we can let our frustrations of the day out and be enraged 😡, because celebs

It feels wrong to talk like this someone I, personally don't know but his harkatein are such, with the way he speaks it just quite awful.

Alo might be average looking but it has less to with ones look & more with their personality.

Feel sorry for Alia but she made her decision .She is adjusting a lot just to be Ranbir Kapoor s wife .

Alia was pissed about that silly Pinkvilla article about RK picking her up etc etc and she claimed that she didn’t want young girls to get the wrong impression and hence took a stand.

Wonder how she feels about her own husband making fun of her weight gain due to pregnancy on a social platform and pregnancy is the most beautiful natural process. If RK is like this when cameras are on imagine him at a private setting.

Well in the end she wanted to nab Ranbir and marry him beating DP and Kat which I guess was hers and her papa Kjo’s end goal all along.

It was in incredibly bad taste, that's all I'll say. Maybe not intentionally, maybe he he was just trying to crack a joke

In his defense, the comment HAS been blown out of proportion. Social media trolls are having a field day. The more fodder you give to these trolls, the more they will escalate things.

Also, some comments in this thread are equally cringe-inducing as Ranbir's comment. Can we write off someone completely just because of one (yes incredibly tasteless) comment?

Benefit of doubt does exist and I would like to give him one.
