Is 2022 the worst year in BW history ?

So many epic disasters in a single year and we still have Brahmastra coming up 😆 Last I remember only 2002 was very bad with only 2/3 hits in the whole year but even that didn’t have disasters of this level.

Seems like it. Still hoping Laal Singh Chaddha can at least recover it's budget.

That’s 8 and Brahmastra is 9 ?

That is bad. But how many clean hits ? 2002 only had 2 and the rest were semi hit , above average type stuff.

Has to be 2021. Only one Hit with Sooryavanshi. Just like 2020 only had one Hit with Tanhaji. Except Tanhaji was a Blockbuster unlike Sooryavanshi.

Akshay going to keep delivering with upcoming releases.

I frankly don't expect much from Brahmastra. Only Alia, whom I dislike, can manifest it into a Hit.

Theaters started opening in October 2020 but not in all cities and states. Even where government allowed theaters to open, many owners refused to open because big films weren't releasing and audience wasn't showing up.

Theaters again closed down almost allover in April 2021 because of second wave. Started opening again in August 2021.
