I was thinking of another solution where we make the forum public and retain the current mod. And members can view the post but have to join the forum to post.

In current system when we make Public members can post without joining and creator/manager might lose access to mod for this and DT be inducted to the mod team.

Do you want to take it Public in current system.

No, I am not using any ad blocker.

Please check in another browser once.

Most likely when you tried to download the image first time the image didn’t come properly / corrupted and is saved in cache. Others are able to see the banner easily.

Another way would be refresh the banner once again as it will create new URL and that should solve the issue.
