One thing you should include or modify :

If a particular private forum is mostly inactive, then we must have the option to delete it.

If deletion cannot be introduced, then if we change the forum name and topic by deleting all the previous posts, then that thing works but while sharing the link to others, it shows the old forum screenshot (thumbnail) in that post which shouldn't be there.
