From what I read and understood...

The court order for surrogacy is to confirm and ascertain and parentage and also has details custody of the child.

I suppose the custody part is for a scenario where the parents separate, get divorced and the question arises as to who should be the caregiver of the child.

So the court order is not just for the biological parents it is also legal document till the child is an adult.

On side note: during COVID... MP govt had made a mandate on collecting information for ascertaining and identifying the custody for children where both parents were affected. This was made to ensure that there is no conflict in case both die. Which did happen in some cases. MP board state topper lost both her parents just before her results. She has a younger brother and now lives with her mama mami.

They got it included in the hospital admission form.

There were many forwards at that time which gave info about such children and anyone who was willing to adopt them but it was discouraged because child traffickers were using this info. 😔

Virat sai are anything but a couple. It's always one sided. Problem is not virat taking care of pakhi because she is pregnant (despite having whole family to take care of her)

Problem is how virat treated sai during her pregnancy, miscarriage and how he is treating her now. He didn't even moved to hold her when she was about to faint in precap.

Even a stranger shows strong emotion than the so called husband who claims to love his wife.

While dancing he bends his legs too much so he looks of lesser height. Esp when he danced with Sai.

But Sai is now a practicing doctor so financially independent. She is clearly well qualified and not mentally ill. So tomorrow if child is born and there are Custody issues, Sai can get DNA test to show biologically child is hers and in general court will favor mother getting childs cutody right?

Sometimes I feel Sai may have the child..P won't have. But she will grab the child from Sai like n KD.

But never know.
