I am trying to be so brave when am watching the episodes these days. She has been shown phenomenal as Haseena Mallik this week and that constant anxiety in me surfaces that this might be the last time I see this smile for a while. What witchcraft has this woman done to me? The jazbaati human in me is internally wailing and weeping but the practical me is like, dude she will be back, she needs a break! I realized that after this news I have become minimal on Twitter too. Kal shaant thi ekdam se. Maybe this one month will help break my addiction to this human and her smile. Or am just overestimating my abilities that I will let her go so easily from my sanity 🤡

Why do I connect so much with you on this. Haseena Mallik was fabulous this week and then I realized they were giving us memories. Like you said, my mind knows Gulki needed this break. I noticed it many days back but my heart is so addictive to Gulki and Haseena that somehow I have lost motivation to watch the episodes. I skipped each and every episode when Gulki was not there due to covid and also when she took break in December but this time I'm in dilemma because skipping episodes means missing plot of what actually happened.

The only good thing that I can think of is what I tweeted when I came to know about Gulki's break. I needed a break too from both Gulki and Haseena. I'm way too addicted to them. This one month will help me focusing on other things since I'll be less active on all platforms related to Maddam Sir including IF and Twitter. Once she is back, I know I can't refrain myself

I don't know whom I love more - Haseena or Gulki but I'm missing both of them terribly.

And I just hope makers handle this track delicately. The character of Haseena depends so much on the justification they give and this character is way too precious for me to see it getting ruined

Appreciation for our very own bhaukaal Devi aka #KarishmaSingh. I was watching a few earlier episodes & couldn't help but notice how much growth our Karu has had. If HM is the heart of the show, then Karu is the heartbeat of that heart. Karu has gone through so much in life. Her struggle to educate herself, to become someone without burdening her poor parents. She did not give up or come up with excuses. She faced life head-on. Her struggles with making friends and trusting people, & time & again her loyalty was questioned or tested. Yet she came out stronger than ever. She is a solid example of a friend who will die for you with a smile on her face. Not once will she doubt you.

Karishma Singh, you're a gem of a character & I can literally write an essay on you. A girl so tough on the outside but with a heart softer than candyfloss. You're priceless, sweetheart. Love you, Karishma Singh, & thank you Yukti
