District magistrate in India is an Ias officer .. even he had to clear upsc exam .. he is not a lawyer or prosecutor .. like in the USA …

they are also called collectors in Hindi .. they are the administrative officers who work under the minsters ..

every city or district is managed by both ias and IPs abd often these 2 fight on every matter

Loved the episode on multiple counts.

It's a very very unique episode in recent few months. Might seem like a drag in parts but whatever had to be said was said today.

SaiRat fight was good... For once they talked clearly without holding anything in them.

This is how a husband wife fight should be... Truth and even harsher truth but something that you can say only to your other half (not necessarily the better half 😆)

V has seen the demure Pakhi and he is still on that tangent where Sam said they have moved on with each other. He has already dismissed P's outburst and her slapping Sai as her breakdown so he is not even reflecting on that. That's too wrong and he will repent this. I want him to repent this.

Sai breaks today when she thinks he has this prejudice about her. He is totally contradicting himself here when he already knows that Sai treated Jags.

But both are at a emotional high, they are not thinking clearly and the situation escalates. I am glad Sai showed him the report and he knows now that there's some issue.

Here's how the makers have played with the track again... Those token two lines about pregnancy being unstable makes no sense. It doesn't mention who is at risk, P or the baby? And in that frame, Sai blaming P doesn't really work out because it's not mentioned.

Also, I didn't like how Sai straight away put that blame of P sending goons after her. She doesn't have proofs, it's only her gut feeling... But she says it with conviction instead of conjecture and that flips V.

In order to increase the angst, the writers make Sai do this stupidity. She is not like this...

Sai P convo is good. Sai repeatedly reminds P that it's her baby. That Sai is on P's game and warns her to take care of herself. P is terrified but holds up a brave facade.

The repeated mentions of difficult pregnancy and difficult circumstances makes me feel that it might go miscarriage way. Who is to say P won't harm the baby? As it is she has no attachment to it. If she does, it would amount to murder.

Precap has V telling P that Sai will make sure that you are taken care of and Sai once again warning her to not the do any mistake. In front of V i suppose.

The makers have left the window open with that ambiguous report.

P has selective hearing and selective understanding of everything. She might do something that puts the baby in harms way and try to blame it on Sai. Depending upon how they want to take it, V can either stand with Sai exposing P and her motives or he too can blame Sai. But if P intentionally harms the baby and it's proven, then that would be the jhatka V requires to clearly see her motives.

If this happens concurrently with V finding out about the goons, it's a different ballgame. Since this was specifically mentioned in today's episode, I feel it might come out in open soon.

But Vanku has been playing with this too... I didn't imagine Sai treating Jags neither I could imagine V mentioning this to VM negating the possibility of a MU. Keeping up with this, V blaming Sai for P's miscarriage when he knows there's already an issue and Sai is trying hard to save the baby doesn't look like happening.

I feel they are reading the discussions on various platforms to see the pulse. There are lot of open threads right now. It can go miscarriage, it can go fake pregnancy or it can also be P running away.

Ek baat pakki hai... P ka further downfall in making.

Whether she will face punishment needs to be seen... Agar SP ka reply dekha jaaye to umeed bani hui hai.😆

exactly the magistrate of the district court is different.. they’re called as

~~magistrate

~~ magistrate of first class

~ chief metropolitan magistrate.. and so on!

But a DM can hear cases of certain criminal issues in case he has a law degree and magistrate of the court license.
