V is an insensitive prick who lies , manipulates, plays mahaan and is a hypocrite. Sai is cursed to be stuck with a pathetic guy like him and is stuck making the marriage work because she needs it! She needs a happy family. What had the potential to be a beautiful love story is a story of abuse , of an insensitive man who is never called out for his crap. The makers have ruined V and theres not even an attempt from them at redemption.

Pp is not dying or at any great risk. It is Sai's baby at risk. Sai's baby that could have had a healthy course in the uterus of a more suitable surrogate like geeta. All the othet complications of pregnancy that can happen are things that she has signed up for by getting herself impregnated and unless there are grounds for a medical termination of pregnancy because the maternal risks are extraordinary, she cannot terminate the pregnancy. Because she is the surrogate, not the biological mother. If this was her child she would have the right to make a decision about what she wants but here pp has no right because its not about her health directly.

What I feel is Vankar fell into a fix. He cant play with another embryo nor he can show Pakhi pregnant. The only reasonable thing was to show the implantation never happened.
