OMG 🤣 What have those poor boys done that Nandu is subjecting them to such gross torture? 😆

yeah that was the narrative. Priya never let anybody except Krish know about her whereabouts. But putting a baby through hunger that she has to go around looking for food is extreme…. She could’ve taken Krish’s help, anyways this was her choice. No sympathy for Priya…

Exactly!! I mean, first of all, that story was soo exaggerated that I didnt even feel anything.. But it's ok if the characters are shows to feel a little sad.. But everyone is outright crying here listening to Priya's "misery".. It was cringy.. 🙄

And seriously, why put a child through all that just bcz your ego is in your way to reconcile with your family???

I would empathize if it was just Priya in that state but not where Pihu is concerned. Its not about ego or self respect. Your child deserves the best of facilities that he or she was born into. Thats what I loved about Humsafar. Khirad does not reach out to Asher to bestow a favour on her by sponsoring the treatment. Being born as Asher's daughter, regardless of her differences with her husband, her child deserved a chance to live and she reached out to him in a no nonsense manner. I really felt like applauding that woman. I know comparisons might not be relevant but the point here is Priya did deny her child the basic necessities in a bid to sacrifice for her thankless family and out of fear of her MIL. If Nandu had the resources of snatching away her child, at the end of the day, Ram controls those resources. Nandu is nothing without Ram and thats y she is putting up that facade.

I was cringing too. I get it if Adi or Vikrant feel bad coz when all of that was happening with Priya, they took a neutral stand but defo not Brinda. I get it, as sisters Sara and Sandy are emotional. But why the hell is Brinda crying? Did she bother to hear Priya out once?

Writers expect us to accept Ram's cheating. Expect us to praise Priya starving Pihu when she could have let others help her.

I heard her say once that Meera Ma used to bow down before so many people to raise them. And i promised myself not to let my mother suffer through it once I grew up.

But i prefer Meera Ma bowing too. Priya being independent and starving Pihu.

We know writers won't make any sense later . But imagine Ram finding out his own daughter went hungry when he couldn't let Shivi or Shubhum go without any their heart desired. How much more would it hurt him if he learned about it

Sara had a succeful bakery, Sandy worked for RK successful business man, Maithri was married to Neeraj. How can the sister completely abandon priya to her dire financial situation.

Seriously...I see that the makers are trying to take inspiration from Humsafar here...but that was a whole different story with whole different context...I think makers didn't want to make Ram "flawed" the way Ashar was in Humsafar...they didn't want to show Ram as someone who wouldnt hear his wife the way Ashar didn't hear Khirad out...instead, they wanted to show how RamPriya are "Haalat ke maare" but they ended up making both the main leads unreasonable and worse-flawed

Again, in Humsafar, Khirad could not complete her education and didn't have anyone else to support her financially...here Priya is educated, a full time teacher apparently taking 20k or something as "remaining salary", with decently well off sisters...Not being able to buy merry-go-rounds, lavish hotels and other fancy stuff is fine but not being able to afford a single meal???

Didn’t Priya have a bank account or her sisters & mom drained that money too? Who knows why she was left without a penny.

Ram will be devastated to know the conditions in which his child grow up. He is the same person who ensured an Italian designer worked on his stepsister’s shoes on priority and on the other hand his own flesh and blood had to suffer from hunger and shelter.
