There are already Chat Clubs

So I assume non members cannot see what's going on there

What if there are personal attacks against other members? Or any other undignified remarks about members or beloved celebrities...

It seems moderators will have access. Vijay mentioned some periodic checks as well for CoC.

Moderators will have it obviously... But as they often say they have lives they can't keep checking every post 24 hours, somebody has to report it so they can take action
