Well put Sheena👏 First of all like you said, Ranvir loves Sonia, so that was the prime factor he said no to Ragini's rishta. If Sonia wasn't in the picture, he might still have refused Ragini's rishta. Cuz Ragini is not the kind of girl he wants as his life partner. Sonia has all the qualities Ranvir wants in a wife, esp since she is more modern, educated and knows how to carry herself in a high society life.

Even Sadhna for that matter doesn't behave sophisticated like Vasu. But they don't mind, since she is Alekh's wife and they need someone humble for him. If they never had a son like Alekh, and they wud have seen Sadhna somewhere... they wudn't have given her a 2nd glace. Because she's not their kind of girl and they would never want a girl like her, even though beautiful, for Ranvir.

we cant blame him for choosing Sonia. That's what he wants in his partner.

Anyway, beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder, so he finds her beautiful so that's it.

Well I dont want to put this but this is really personal thing. Me and my husband is like.. i have chinese look and fair skin and my husband is mixed race between Malay-Indian with dark skin n both of us are Malaysians. We start with friendship n finally blossom to love and marriage. It depends on individual to define beauty and what good qualities of their partner right. 😊. For me good heart is important. Still happily married for more than 5 years now 😳. One of my close friends in Malaysia married to an African guy from Nigeria. During their engagement day, my friend's mom passed out because her fiance's skin. 😆😆😆 but that didnt stop my friend fm marrying him. They are still deeply in love with 4 children now. How weird is that? I still find dark skinned persons are sexy. i meant for both sexes. 😳

Ranvir is not pretentious and he likes Ragi as a friend but not as a lifepartner. Sadi took a risk when she agreed with the bargain with Vasu. She never enquired if a handsome young eligible bachelor had a girlfriend which is a common thing these days.

When Ranvir was comparing Ragini and Sonia, and saying that Sonia is so beautiful and Ragi cannot even be compared to her - he was just talking like any other guy would. We have seen earlier Ragini being rejected in several marriage proposals, and all were due to her looks. So why would Ranvir be any different?

After what we witnessed today, we can tell that Ranvir is a person who is easily attracted to pretty girls. And so when we felt that Ranvir had some feelings of love for Sadhna, it was nothing by infatuation. But had he been given time to spend with her, he may have fallen in love with her. So when he went abroad, he met Sonia and got attracted to her, and slowly fell in love with her. So in this case, Ranvir's personality is that of a typical guy. On the contrary if they had shown Ranvir automatically falling head over heels in love with Ragini, it would have been unrealistic. Because Ragini is an attractive person from within, but unfortunately looks are what guys get attracted to at first sight.

But the good news is that, in the end Ranvir will marry Ragini. Now how they will come about it is what is left to see. Maybe he will marry Ragini out of obligation and not out of love, and later he will fall in love with her.

i read all the comments posted by the members abt ranveer mentioning him to b mean n shallow..i think people are taking it too seriously,its just a tv show n i think u ppl shud take it lightly..its just the beginning of the story with the re entry of ranveer..and the story will take a lot of twists n turns.ranveer doesnt even know ragini properly yet.u shud wait n watch.
