That was a bit harsh and the makers dont care about that at all. But we should not expect anything from the prequel to be addressed. According to the current show, prequel does not exist. And I think even BV has said nothing from the prequel would come up, ofcourse exception is if it helps Vanraj's arc/story

guys, let’s do better. i agree that Anupamaa/Vanraj can inspire some strong emotions, but let’s try to be mindful of the language we are using when interacting with one another and how this might trigger other people in the forum.

to suggest that any woman (fictional or not) enjoys being raped is a repulsive thought.

That's my sheer frustration. Anything related to marital rape pierce my heart as this crime is not even considered a crime by law. And what Baa and V did to Anu in prequel had shook me. After watching the prequel whenever I see Anu hugging Baa or saying her ex pati is also very valuable to her just boils my blood. Baa and V should not be treated as human after what they did. Seeing Anu praying to God for Baa's approval on her adoption decision and Anuj telling baby Anu to hug V as soon as she sees him just made every nerve in my body furious. Why oh why would she take the baby to such toxic animals?

Same here. I also have no issues with sibling rivalry track. But Baa, V and Kavya has no right to be upset. AnypaMaa is not their kamwali Bai. I really wish this baby becomes a boundary for Anu. She should keep her so busy that she does not even get time to think about the ungrateful toxic family.

In precap V tells Anuj that Anu will have to go through the hardships of raising a child only to give him the happiness of being a father. Anu gets furious and asks V to stop interfering between a husband and wife.

I think they don’t really know what to do with Vanraj ( or for that matter Kavya’s ) character anymore ... 3 days of the week they spend whitewashing him , then 2 days he’s back to being his old self and an as* coz makers know Anuraj tashan and Shah’s being insulted is going to get them TRPs .... Not to mention that SP is so so bad in emotional role - yesterday his hugging Baa and being lovey dovey with Kavya was laughable ... He’s just making a joke of himself by not sticking to being negative ...

The adoption track in itself is not bad ( That kiddo and these 2 do look cute together ) , except the timing and the fact that it is being shoved down our throats to create more kaand since the entry is coinciding with Kinju’s baby drama ... For the child’s sake I hope they limit the Shah drama and esp Baa’s vile comments ...

The adoption track can bring some much needed positivity to the show , provided they show strong Maan and limit Shah’s unnecessary interference in the matter and instead show some bonding scenes with the parents , GK , Samar etc ... But I doubt it will happen

Choti Anu is so cute. I hope Anupama does justice with her. I am not saying ignore other kids but kids that age does require and as well as need supervision, love, care compared to someone like pakhi who thinks they r adult and ready to lie and hide
