You know Srilanka is a country of great natural beauty so tourism is one it's main industry and cz of the civil unrest and so much violence tourism was very much affected... But the Srilankan economy withstood (cz of foreign aid no doubt) decades of death and destruction but couldn't withstand a few months of "Green New Deal"
