Malini is the biological mother and has every right to keep baby with her. Imlie can't take Gudiya away just like that. She should be thankful that AC MC duo didn't call the cops on her.

If she really wants to be her legal guardian she needs to go through court and prove both parents insufficient and ignorant for the baby. Its hard to get sole custody of a baby when both the parents are alive. But imlie toh imlie hai naa she loves to break the laws
