Malini is the biological mother and has every right to keep baby with her. Imlie can't take Gudiya away just like that. She should be thankful that AC MC duo didn't call the cops on her.

If she really wants to be her legal guardian she needs to go through court and prove both parents insufficient and ignorant for the baby. Its hard to get sole custody of a baby when both the parents are alive. But imlie toh imlie hai naa she loves to break the laws

That's correct I just don't want to see some day Aryan saying that putting everyone before was good but why couldn't you put your own child above all. Just saying even if it is separation I never want any MU between Arylie. He said to her before that she takes unnecessary burden. This time she is not alone Aryan can help her in anyway possible she just needs to trust him, she just needs to keep in mind that he can do anything for his apne and he has already considered gudiya as his apne. Sometimes we need to lean on someone that way the toughest phase becomes easier, when we can't think rationally the person who supports us thinks for us. Aryan has always done that for Imlie. He will do that again and again. Imlie too has her fare share in supporting Aryan I don't deny it. It's just that she needs to understand no matter what she is not alone in anything. Though she is just 20 she has shown maturity that no one else showed before so it can be expected that she shows that in this case as well. As in Jo's case we expected Aryan to think rationally and believe Imlie it's happening the other way round now. She knows how vicious Malini is and without Aryan protecting gudiya will be extremely difficult for her. Again I am keeping quite for few days. But I wanted Aryan to lead Imlie but again it's ITV it will not happen. Let it unfold the way Sitara wants.

Practically speaking, there are very few reasons to take a child away from their biological parents. Just lack of love is not a reason

Legally the bar to be a parent is very low. Unless there is outright physical abuse you can't remove a child from their parents. So malini might hate guddiya but she still has hired a caretaker to feed her and care for her.

Bojh ya aafat samajhna is not a valid legal reason to take someone's kid... But obviously practical baatein are irrelevant

Aryan and imlie are the strongest when they are together. She needs to work with aryan and not rush off without telling him without a plan.

if there is a problem, just call 1098. that is what child services are there for. it needs to be handled legally through child protection officers, the lawyers, the police, the courts. a random person like imlie cannot determine who has the right to take care of the child and whether malini is unfit.
