Good bye - Saturday ep complete package - New n old relived

Hello my far friend, sorry to open this thread. Long one. Please read all if you have time.

I did my usual 3-4 times of watching the Saturday episode and here is my forensic approach.

This was a complete package for me and I can now happily say I am treating this episode as the final episode of Anugun with a happy ending .

Makers touched on everything I needed for closure.

Gungun - got to see the old Gungun who liked shopping , a fashionista, bubbly , naive and slight immaturely cute innocent Gungun.

She said it was fun shopping, wanting to upgrade Anu, slight tease pretending don't know what is the birthday kiss and laughing running around the bed.

When Golu called her and the way she said your nephew is not getting ready nor letting me getting ready in old innocent mannerisms and body Language which was so cute . I did miss that Gungun.

GC Clan Golu uncle - his phone chat with Anu, teasing about leaving him alone with Gungun and Anu smiling when Golu was teasing him about roaming around in the morning with Gungun alone . Makers did even have the original teasing background music when they used pull Anu leg and he couldn't answer them. The whole phone chat was like reminiscing the old days.

RKC - she is still in her original delusional bubble that Anubhav loved her and still lying to herself when she said 1st time it hurt and second it hurts more with lies. She will never change and mentality unstable.

KShit - still and will always live in their fake and egoistic family pride. Completely gone case and rotten to the core.

Anubhav- well I got to see both new and old Anu today.

Old Anu still not wanting to spend unnecessary money , giving advice, reaching out to his Uncle and being teased by him.

New Anu - found his lady love, true love , solace in GG company, happy and living life at the best.

When Dr called Anu first time to come and see where Dr said that I saw a good guy and chose him for my daughter and never asked the guy what type of girl he wanted.

Anu said that he doesn't know what type of girl he deserves as he is an average guy.

Today he was completely taken back When Gungun said he is handsome. For me that reaction was priceless because he said that he has been yearning for her compliment. So Finally his true and first love has accepted him wholeheartedly for his looks and achievements.

Closure for me because I got the glimpse of the future track - Anu wil divorce RKC, will be the mentor and guide for Gungun - helping her to make good financial decisions regarding her dad's wealth because he said she should invest the money for long term future investment. Mostly probably he will help to pass that BA exam and come first this time for love not as a deal.

Got a glimpse of their married life - Gungun doing his shirt buttons like a wife, him slightly angry about her spending money and not to forget that Anu will shower her with lots of love, hand kisses and the intimate forehead kisses. My god every bone in Anu's body is romantic.

Final scene was the last hug both looking at the mirror and madly in love - the frame finished with our Gungun in modern outfit and our nearly original Anu in plain shirt without glasses.

The end and credit rolling .

We will cherish forever an angelic cute couple Anugun who met by coincidentally by chance and will be remembered forever and their family will be forgotten.

When buy a DVD you could get a bonus / additional CD - so for me, I wil treat Monday Anugun celebrating birthday as the additional/ optional track if you want to watch.

The songs that Anu sang - title track, khairiyat and Tujse Naraz nahi zindagi and the background music for their love making Rait Zara and his sad song Naina when he was crying in bed looking at her photo in black saree . Whenever I will hear these songs , my brain will instantly picture Anu singing these songs.

one day while flicking through my sky Tv channel, by coincidence I came across a guy called Anubhav who I fell in love after hearing his voice modulation and his monologues. Now he has vanished and left a sweet memory.

Today episode have us the fun banter which were looking for whenever we had a dream that GG and Anu will get married and all the original GC gang will tease Anu more for a year as per contract we got that today

When she says kya fayda itna handsome dikhne ka I immediately went back and rewatch the episode where they had a coffee date after shopping and she said your face needs plastic surgery and today handsome times did fly between them, his voice modulation and his way of making his wife from sad to happy was so cute, the birthday kisses I wanted GG to give one coz she has never kissed him except on the hand in the hospital

That’s romance in his eyes both today and rait Zara si had by god ki kasam, I would want a life partner who has that in his eyes

RKC spoiled meri Jaan song for me but other I listen to full volume in my car wherever Rait Zara si plays

The last scene was so cute and his full wide teeth smile

AnuGun was a love story I believed in. Two flawed, but utterly lovable, and most importantly real characters who deserved a chance. And I gave in wholeheartedly, agreed to walk with them as they walked through their lives, potholes and all.

And then there was Manan. An unassuming guy with a beautiful pair of eyes and a seductively deep voice, who surprised me with his acting chops, voice modulation, and the magic he and Yesha managed to create together. Right from Day 1, I had no doubt that this was Anubhav Kulshresth.

Now he is gone, and so is AnuGun. Like you Yeshna77, I’ll keep them alive, happy, and well in my imagination. They’ve gone through hell and back, and now it’s their time to live happily ever after. Anubhav and Gungun have always been and will always be each other’s. Divorce done, no matter how ugly and bitterly contested, they will flourish in their own bubble. And that’s where I will let them be.

Please don’t apologize for sharing your emotions. Just as I don’t regret baring my hurt in this post. This is not where we should have been, but it is where we are. At least, let’s be happy that we found AnuGun, and that even after everything else, we can leave them happily in each other’s arms.

Yes, Saturday episode was exactly like the ending we wanted.

We can all say good bye now until Manan comes back.

What we wanted to see in the show presented in a nutshell... Still it is good that they gave the fans this.Yours words captured the essence wonderfully. 👏

The last frame of yesterday's episode was the closure i feel the makers gave loyal anugun fans for sticking through,in future even if annu returns it will be total chaos in their lives .We were continuously asking for a happy ending so we have to make peace with the fact that this the most we can get.I will imagine in my mind that they started a new life in Mumbai away from ks and Akriti and lead a full life happy with kids and grandkids.This show came at the right time when my mind had become poisoned and i had totally lost faith in love ,seeing all the mushy romance has again made me romantic.My journey with this show has been a very short one compared to my other shows but it is better this way i had become too attached it was hampering my goals ,now i can totally concentrate in my work but with a different approach.i also realised one thing art is so powerful it can change ur thought process and change u as a person .Thank u kkis and thanks to yeshman for being our Anugun.
