And no, a suspect cannot be taken into custody in the absence of damning evidence, even while he/she is being investigated. They can be called for questioning/interrogation, but not arrested until any tangible findings are made.

No legal procedures were followed in the arrest.

And you're repeatedly asking me to understand Indian Legal System when you don't even have knowledge of the most basic legal procedures. Please go and educate yourself on basic legalities first, then we can move on to bigger stuff like the judicial system.

If you are visible and in the public eye you have extra careful about what you say do etc especially with sm

Most of these star kids live in world of privilege and are disconnected from reality and think what will work in elite circles in sobo, London or la is acceptable everywhere

Majority of India is still small town and their sensibilities and perceptions of right and wrong are very different and one has to be careful flaunting privilege as resentment happens
